The goal of this class is to nurture your physical, emotional, and spiritual well being.
This is a Hatha Yoga group class that welcomes all levels of experience including beginners. The Yoga for Health & Well-being class focuses on increasing strength, balance, and flexibility using Viniyoga principles of movement while incorporating basic breathing and meditation techniques.
You will learn:
This class takes into account different abilities, limitations, and age differences while honoring the quality and needs of a group class.
Severe limitations or those suffering from challenging physical conditions are best served on an individual basis.
