Group Meditation

The goal of this class is to learn to create stillness in your life, to connect to the deepest parts of yourself, and to share with others and celebrate common bonds while raising money for charities.
Group Meditation is a weekly group meditation class that explores many different styles of meditation. The format includes an introduction with a reading, and a 20-minute meditation, followed by a group discussion and sharing. Beginners and experts welcome. This is a donation class – all proceeds go to the charity of the group’s choosing.
